Yes it's normal because when you send people straight to the sales page, they think that it's a scam. You can find here lost of threads about direct linking and most of them have the same problem like yours.
Suggestion: You should warm visitors firstly by creating a landing page and then sending them to the sales page or collecting leads.

Describe the Product much in detail like Pros, Cons, Why should you buy "The Product"? and Lastly link to Official page(your affiliate link).
Now send the Users to your website, You can see the difference.

i tried the landing page methode but with CPA offers (Sharecash), but there is my result :
Views in DirectCPV : 367
Visites on ShareCash : 7
Earn : $0
Any advices PLZ ??

Well, i think it is traffic source. I am no PPV expert but i heard traffic from DirectCPV are mostly low quality.
you should give leadimpact or trafficvance a try
LeadImpact min deposit is $1k and trafficvence need invitation so no need even to thinks
If i tried DirectCPV is because i don't have requirements for other PPV networks

Lots of things to count in. Your landing page quality, Your product, Your targeting, ppv networks. You should look to make a list first then work with them.

You need to test more, with average sales value $25, you need to send at least traffic worth $200 to claim defeat.
