I know that to get your payment first time, you have to have a minimum of 5 sales with 2 of the shown payment methods. My question is, after that can I withdraw even 1 single sale?

You should be able to, however you don't "withdraw" you get paid at certain intervals and make sure that you set your payment threshold under the setting tab to the minimum amount that you want to be paid for. Ie, $50.00, if you've reached the CDR then you should be paid the next time.
If you see "threshold" next to "payment net balance" that means your payment threshold is too high, so either wait until it reaches the amount you have in your settings, or lower it in your setting tab. Hope this helps.
