clickbank payment problem and thier support sucks

    hi guys

    clickbank sent me a check but that check didnt arrived i think it lost , i changed the payment method to direct deposite i contacted them to ask them send me payment that lost to my bank account but i got no responds from them at all this is 2 days and i try to contact them but got no answer

    what a crap support they are anyone face some problem? any experience please?

    anyone can give me some good email to contact them, the support platform is sucks they never respond

    thanks guys , but this is 2 days and no responds from them i sent many contacts but recieved no contact from them

    i doubt in that they actually reply within hours but this is 2 days and till now no responds at all

    only thier automatic messager say they will responds

    I have sent at least 5 tickets re some payment issues to them in the last 2 months and every ticket was responded to within 24-48 hours.
