ClickBank Noob With Some Questions

Ok I got a referral link (HopLink) for one of the products on ClickBank I want to promote/sell.
If I make stealth forwarding to this link from my for example www.myname.com site for visitors will it still work? Or I have to put link on my site and say "Hey click here"
Can I go to .tk and simply do this?
2) How to find best products on clickbank?
