Has anybody figured out exactly what the difference is from the old terms. Today I logged in to have to accept the new terms.

Kinda confusing.

yeah, me too. I think for now I'll stop emailing CB offers and just stick with the networks.

Yes it matters (and no I did not read it) because it may say how you can direct traffic to your offers (it may be against TOS to blank the referer so when it's time to get paid they ban you instead.

Ok, I've read one third of it only and found out things are going to be more difficult for us affiliates.

We should've taken max advantage of clickbank, before they cameup with these new strict rules!

Normally I wouldn't read the terms, but it seems like they made new ones right in the middle of huge problems. It makes me suspicious, like they're trying to protect themselves.

They imply that you are not allow to offer money discounts not bonuses.
A bigger change is that you are not allowed to show checks or image of your income without prior clickbank approval(not that I'd miss them).

It seems that either you accept all their 'problems', either you walk away and don't compain...
