clickbank methods

so in the case of clickbank...

lets say you pick 4 products that are similar and even may compete with each other. You "describe" what each has to offer, not exactly "review" each one correct? After setting a site like this up, and promoting it the way you described above, after how long do you start seeing consistent search traffic (+ or - 10% fluctation each day), and how many hits do you see on average per day, per site?
No one can tell, it all depends on YOU! how much work YOU put into the project is what you'll achieve. :D

I was asking neeoo about his specific efforts. Trust me, I'm aware of this. I just wanted to know if I did exactly what he did, on average what I should expect to see...

After you choose the products single out the one product that you want visitors to purchase and place this one as number 1. The review is what the product offers and pros and cons of the product.

Traffic depends on many factors which involves keyword research.

1. how competitive is the keyword
2. who is ranking in the top 10 spots, is it ezinearticles or authority sites
3. does the keyword have purchasing power. are their ads on the top and to right of google, if not you will have a tough time selling the product with that keyword.

From my experience it all depends, I have seen traffic trickle in from the google after 2 weeks and other sites I did not see traffic until 3-6 months later. To get some initial traffic I usually write an article and submit it to ezine articles. If you can get your article into the most viewed or most published you will see some consistent traffic for about 60 days. This is a good time to tweak your site because these are targeted visitors.

Nothing happens overnight, I wish it did, but if you keep at it everyday you will see results. I hope this helps.

No problem any time
As I understand clickbanking, you get visitors from authority articles (ezine, etc..) right?

And from reading your answers, I understood that you have a landing page with different products,... I have a wordpress blog and will be writing daily 1 article/story/review/opinion on a product, and rewriting that article and posting on other Article sites... what you think?

Yes this is what I do, I have many sites so I only post once a week to my site, but I spin my articles and use AMR. So basically it is the same thing.

Do you have just one main site & you have different sub categories per niche or do you build a review site per niche then review 3-4 products per site, and if so do you get a top level domain or do you purchase .info's etc..

wait, this whole time I was under the impression that you did all that link building so that you can get serp traffic to your review sites since you should rank well after the promotion you did? Are you saying all of your traffic comes from visitors that read your articles and clicked on your link?

I get traffic from articles and serps. The volume of my traffic comes from serps, but when I start my sites I get traffic from articles that I submit to ezine. The other articles that I spin and submit with AMR is for links to my review site and my web 2.0 properties. These articles do not bring in any traffic, they are used for links.

How many targeted visitors do you average per day on a single site? Just give me a range. I'm trying to weigh out the effort to the result ;)

Unique visitors range from 30-500 per day depending on the site. It all depends on the keywords you choose.

One of my sites gets a sale on average every 15 visitors while another site gets a sale on average every 100 visitors. It depends on what you are selling, the costs and how well you develop your site to convert the traffic. I am continually tweaking my sites. When I start a new site I use the same formula I have been using but will change and tweak it to accommodate the product I am selling.

Wow, and you would say that those 30-500 are unique hits that were initially interested so they clicked through to your review site? Not site scrapers/bots and other junk hits correct?

Also, Do you use any tools to help your build your review sites? Templates?

These are not bots, scrapers or anything else, on average the visitors stay on my site between 1-3 minutes or longer in some cases, of course its not every visitor but the majority.

I use wordpress, plugins and WP Review Engine which I purchased

Are you getting any sales from youtube viewers??

clickbank promotion appears too complicated for crying out loud.

But there are tons of ways to promote clickbank products, you can probably find one that can work for you. IM is hard work for most people, but it will eventually pay off in the end.
