Clickbank login problem?

hello..
im Cb affliliate almost 2 years.. and i make good amount of money with them

but today i cant login to my account anymore. it says:

"Your login attempt was not successful, try again."

But when i click on "https://accounts.clickbank.com/lite/quickstats.htm" then i can login and only see my daily earnings..

I sent them mail but no response yet...

I hope i wont lose my money...

I dont know what should get wrong? Im so sad now. I made alot of money which is not paid yet :(

Anyone of you had that problem?

the last I managed to get some sales kinda more on IM stuffs.
 
I think im banned, I cant open my affiliate links with my clickbank id...

I didnt know that, few people who i sent links today told me that they cant open them. But at that time i could normal login to my account. So i didnt check my links..



I wrote them support ticket , i guess maybe problem with refunds or something...

last 2 years i never got problem....

but i can login by mobile device login, and i can see my earnings.. weird
 
seriously i know can get ban from clickbank BUT I not sure why and how they look for.

refund? I thought is auto by them? Last time I got refund but i never no need do anything
all by clickbank side.
 
I dont know. I promote same niche almost 2 years, and no problem..

last month i tried new niche, but that was not so successful, and i got alot of refunds, maybe thats problem. but i dont promote it anymore...

problem is if i lose that money i made so far

huh weird like that they ban u ? due to lots of refund?? i doubt so ?

mind to ask your niche is on what ?
 
i use making money niche for almost 2 years... same niche and no problem...

but i say, last month i tried new product which was 1$ trial with monthy subscribtion, but i got alot of refunds with that,. so i stopped promoting it.. maybe that is problem..

I don't think due to lots of refund . I not expert on clickbank. . I also curious why like this.

maybe some experts do clickbank can give us some info

because I don't have any sales at there for dam long man.

last is like 3 or 4 years back. now I does still promote some products on m y site but just " cascually promote " and forget it
 
Still no respond from them....

But as I said, I can login when i click "mobile device login" , and i even made some money today, I have 17$ from today.. So its weird???

I can login fine. What message do you get if you click your affiliate link? If you can reach the checkout form and you see your affid at the bottom of checkout you are probably not banned?
 
This site is no longer in service or has been disabled due to a terms of service violation.
 
Hmm, that doesn't sound good. That message can appear if a vendor has blocked your affid, but since you also can't login, I'd wait for support to answer I guess...and check if you missed any warning e-mails about your promotion methods in the past month or so, although I doubt it...Have you gotten chargebacks recently, apart from the refunds?
 
I have, but because I was promoting some new product which was bad idea, alot of refunds, but I did that for only 3 weeks to test it, then i stopped it.. So im not doing it anymore..
Im promoting same product for last 2 years with no problem

huh , your traffic is organic right? why like that?
i can understand your felling man ........I used to do amazon affliate ....I admit is my mistake to be frank
I stop one site that deal with amazon , than I promote the affliate link on social media , etc

I guess I got ban is on " others . aka means some sites which you can insert your link just . like bookmarking

inside i still got 300+ than I redo open new amazon account also got ban no sure why .

but what ? i made money for them.. Why would that be problem?
I'm from croatia. but i live in germany, that shouldnt be any problem
 
I don't think it's the country issue, they just like sending this type of confusing and vague responses. It's 100% the chargebacks, which never made sense to me because it's not the affiliate's fault. Although when you think about it, it makes perfect sense, because they get to keep your money, and they can't ban the vendor, because all of them get cgbcks.

It's a shitty system for sure, and the support is terrible - every time I've contacted them I've received messages like this one, almost deliberately confusing and vague. Still, have been with cb for more than 10 years now..God forbid I need their support for something.
