Hi
This question isnt really specifically about clickbank. If the mods can move it in the right section, that would be great.

Many times I have heard that you should provide a subscriber some value. Im really confused by this. I mean, initially you can offer a free ebook to get them to opt in, but then what? Obviously its a 'huge no' to spam them with clickbank products, so how would I provide them some value once they opt in?

If provided my subscribers 1 ebook once a month and send out 8 affiliate product emails per month, would that be enough?

Please help!

You want to research the material in which the product you're promoting is based upon and have several articles ready to send to your subscribers after they are yours (value) + relevant videos ready (value), other PLRs on the related subject (value) + a discounted offer (a bargain which you can create with the vendor himself/herself ) which places even more value to your subscribers + commissions for you.

It's all about forming a relationship + trust.

Mike.

Mike is right. I get the best conversions with email lists but you have to keep them subscribed with content and trusting you with value. 1 ebook a month and then 8 affiliate offers a month seems like overload. Maybe I'm too nice or generous but I would flip that ratio. I'd make it 8 emails of free, quality content and 1 affiliate offer a month. It's how I've been doing it and seeing success. I wouldn't get greedy with it.

Besides offers, don't forget to provide useful information to your own list. Explain them why the offers must to buy. If possible, offer them bonus if they buy your affiliate products.

id send one product a week so 4 a month too many products and people will just think you are wanting money!
