Clickbank link cloaking?

Are you allowed to use cloaking when promoting a Clickbank product?

I've searched about this, but the discussions I've read about it seem to be about cosmetic type of cloaking where it just changes what the URL looks like. e.g. changes the long affiliate link to http://www.domain.com/productname

The type of cloaking I'm talking about is where in tracking software it asks if you want to cloak the link. I ask this because I've heard that some networks want to know what the referrer is.

Yes its ok to cloak clickbank links otherwise you would probably never make a sale

Does that include using the cloaking option that is in tracking software as that is different from just using a URL shortner as it doesn't show the referrer?

The referrer doesn't matter clickbank isn't that strict.
