I have been experimenting with Clickbank using PPC for a little while now, and have tried both direct linking and sending the visitors to a lead capture page before they are sent to the offer page.

When capturing the visitors' email, I am not quite sure what to send to the subscriber afterwards. Currently I give away a free e-book as a teaser for the product that I am promoting, and then sending them to the offer page for the full product, however what should I be sending them in the future? It seems awkward if the subscriber both submits their email information through me and through the vendor himself, as we would then both be sending out emails regarding the same product.

Currently my leads are just sitting there on my list, and I haven't sent them anything yet, other than the free e-book they got for signing up.

So my question to you is, do you send out related offers from the niche and thus leave the email marketing to the vendor himself, or do you do something completely different? Also, do you send out random broadcasts, or stick to a follow-up series?

    Kind regards

You should definitely send them some follow up.

You can promote similar products in the same niche. Try think about some products or offers that would complement the product. If they buy a weight loss guide that's heavily workout orientated offer a good diet plan product - that's an example, but I hope you can think of some things.

You also dont know if that sign up converted on the product. So the vendor might not have got the email. But you have it, so send away.

A nice way to engage that list that you have sitting there is to send soemthing simple that asks them if they have achieved their goal yet. Ok for example. You're promoting a weight loss product. Email them and say 'hey have you lost weight yet'. Of course they haven't so good to get opens. And sell them another product.

And just keep selling to them. People buy solutions to problems. But they buy ridiculous magic bullet solutions. They won't make it work and most won't achieve their goal. But as long as they keep buying products they can blame the product for not working. And they've done all they can.

    Sell sell sell.
