Clickbank Knows Whats Up

Ok it's question time for me..

I have two CB accounts, and there is absolutely no information in them which is comparable between the two. They both have different names, different bank account details, different addresses, different emails, different everything.

Now somehow they have associated the two accounts with each-other, this leads me believe they are obviously logging sign-in or sign-up IP addresses, and have some kind of system which matches these IP's and accounts together on a regular basis so their staff know who you are, what you do, etc.

Does anyone know for sure if that is correct? (Only way I see really)

The thing is, I'm putting up a product for approval, second time this has happened now, and everytime they close my ticket to get the product accepted, they keep deleting the account. I can't freakin log in, like seriously, give me barely any information and then just delete my account and don't tell me.

This is what happened the first time:

1) Submitted product for approval
2) They came back and told me to change a couple of things
3) I changed them and updated the ticket to get accepted
4) They deleted my account and I can't log in

This is what happened the second time:

1) Submitted product for approval in a new account
2) They came back and told me to get my refunds down in another account first
3) I updated the ticket and said Ok I understand, what should my refunds be at, out of curiosity how do you guys relate different accounts together, (being very polite).
4) They message back not answering most of my questions.
5) Now I can't log into this account again
6) DELETED

Are you serious? Can they seriously not just close the ticket, let me sort out whatever they want and get back to them.

Happened 2x now and I have been very polite the whole way, have never aggravated CB in anyway.

I really like clickbank, but this is aggravating me lol.

They obviously have a very smart system which matches accounts up together, but besides that I don't know why they keep deleting my accounts.

I'm thinking this is my option:

1) Rebrand my product
2) Move it to another domain obviously
3) Create my CB account and only ever log into it in virtualbox with a vpn and proxy
4) Winning.

Or am I wrong about anything? Would love some enlightment from anyone experienced. I know there's a guy Mancar that floats around here who looks like he knows his stuff!

ALOT of sites log Ip(probably all),which is why people use vpn's to "separate themselves" on certain sites.

From what I have heard you can have more than one clickbank account.. why are you trying to be so sneaky?

Yes you have "heard" me say I have more than one clickbank account, lots of people do, and that's not a problem with clickbank I've checked with their staff. If products are in completely different niches, I may want a different vendor ID right?

If my refund rate isn't up to par on an account with what they want before I submit other products, but I want to get them up then I need a workaround that right. I'm just surprised that they associated the accounts so easily.

There was nothing sneaky about what I was doing as I wasn't trying to hide anything, but now I may have to be.
