Hello, so here is the thing, I had a clickbank account long time ago and didn't use it for like a year and I agree, they deleted it cause I was inactive, so I made a new one, confirmed email, promoted some products and next day I tried to log in, got invalid password, ok I am not dumb, I know my pw, so I went on Forgot Password, entered username and got invalid username error. it's obvious that they deleted my account, didn't got any kind of email. So next day I made another account, confirmed email and made a website for some different product, promoted it, and in 2 days, again, password error -> invalid account blah blah. So why did they deleted my accounts twice in a row? I haven't received any kind of emails from them, and yes, I confirmed email on both accounts

You should contact them to know the reason why they delete your accounts.

I think the best bet would be to contact and ask them why they are deleting your account.

Hope this helps anyway mate.

I'm having the same problem ... its not deleted but i don't know why cant i access my account. Its a fresh account BTW.
I did some research and looks like clickbank is quite strict about 'un supported' countries getting access to their 'site' ... couldn't find any other reason online,
Here is a link to a post in which some other Nigerian fellow with similar problem

First, I don't believe they simply delete accounts for being 'inactive', unless it's specifically requested. I've got a handful of accounts, one of which I haven't used in ages, and I can still login just fine. Considering you made a new account and are again facing issues logging in, I'd say there's a good chance you've done something shady and Clickbank have 'blacklisted' you. If you contact them and they don't reply that's another good sign you're in their bad-books. You could try creating a new account with a different IP and completely fresh/unrelated details, that's the only way around this that I can see.

As jamesjk1 said, I also have 3 years old account on which I never earned any money and its still active. So the problem must be something else...
