Clickbank is kidding me.

Clear cookies and flash objects.

Change your IP address.

And then create your new CB account with ALL NEW information. New name, address, phone number, etc.

Don't log back into any of your old CB accounts without clearing your cookies, flash objects and changing your IP address.

When your ready to get paid, change the info back to your real name, address, bank account, etc. Once you do this though you will become linked to your banned account and will have to create a new CB account.

This is what I call a stealth CB account. If anyone knows me from aspkin.com, you know what I'm talking about.

Good luck,
does that mean that i've gotta be creating new accounts every nnow and then??

Well there are different ways of creating a new account. You can create one in a friend of family member's name and go legit. But to not become linked to one of your banned accounts, make sure to do what I outlined above, plus never log back into your old accounts.

Good luck,

clickbank seems fine to me.. always paid and I'm now on weekly payments via bank transfer

it could be the advertiser. they shave sometimes. use a different advertiser for a similar offer.

It's seriously pissing me off lately. The number of hops I am getting is falling like a stone for the last few days and to top it off I haven't had one hop at all today! There is definitely something wrong with Clickbank and I don't care what anyone says to the contrary.

i think everyone knows about CB doing this shit. we all know the drill once you promote a specific traffic source to a specific product and to the same landing page and everything and your stats are always the same everyday and the BAM sales drop to 0 or 1/10 of what they should be. you know something wrong. and you think oh maybe its just not updating so you wait and eventually sales come back or maybe they dont.

if they do come back the time frame that things were out of the ordinary never updates with any sales that you missed, it stays at low or no sales so you just loose those sales even though you never stopped sending traffic that you kow by experience would have been converting.

CB will claim everything was business as usual. but then create a new account and redirect your link and just like that sales coming back in like they where before. this shit happens all the time to many many people.

this is the number 1 reason i dont mess with CB too much any more.

my stats have been messed up this week. on the analytics page it says "System Status
Data incomplete since March 11"

Good god, ive been running dry myself. Made $550 on one account the first month and now half of the month is over and I havent crossed $150 mark yet.

And btw, traffic just increased to about 15%.

This is getting a bit funny.

you guys.. just try direct linking with adwords.

i have tested it almost 10 times. the test's intention was to determine whether
they were shaving or not. unfortunately, yes. these tests were not for selling
but tracking hops.

in the first weeks, everything was fine. all data seemed to be identical with
clicks reported in adwords. but after that, something was wrong. the hops
reported plummet and the difference was so huge. i let that campaign ran
for around a week. still the same. how could this happen?

then, i ran another test, test and test as said before.. same thing.

they're seriously shaving guys. when you're doing good at first, it's all okay.
but, everything seems to be not okay anymore after maybe they think your
acc is a good candidate to make them free money.

it's either they're shaving or their tracking system is suck, both are shaving
for me. but, to say their tracking system sucks is irrelevant at all because
everything seemed to be fine at the start. so judge it by using your common
sense.

just test it if you have money. i spent around $600 for these tests.

Yeah, I'd have to agree. Experiencing the same thing right now.

Something very fishy or F'd up going on.

I've experienced some problems here and there with Clickbank too, but I guess this thread is only a reminder not to keep all your eggs in one basket; diversify your revenue streams.

At this point it doesn't seem like a good idea to rely solely on Clickbank. Going to try my luck with other things - CJ and CPA looks good at this point.

Clickbank are totally legit. They don't shave. People just don't fill out the form.

I can't imagine why they would need to shave, given the amount of money they are making legitimately, but I think their tracking is a bit iffy at times.

Or maybe they keep getting hacked and they daren't tell anyone in case it affects their business standing. This happens to real banks and they keep it quiet, so it can happen to Clickbank too.

I am a Clickbank vendor since 2001 and have also several affiliate accounts there. And I never experienced a serious problem with them at all.

I'm there with you Peter, I've never had any issues with CB.

I dont trust Clickbank either. For last 10 days, i have 633 hops, 76 order form impression and 0 sales.

I am using CB for 2 months, in the first month, i used to have at least 3 sales with such order form impression numbers. I know they have problems some with tracking system right now (they say it dont affect hops/sales) , but i just dont believe there was no sale for me in this period!

for those who can afford to test like i told in my previous post, do it.

i tested it with 4 different accounts.

whether it just happened to me or not, i don't know. you guys need to try it on your own hand.
