I am not receiving a email.

And yes I am fully registered and can not use my email to register as it want allow as I am already registered

Need to reset my password Need the email instructions please.

There no email comeing thu to Hotmail account.

I emailed the company and they contact me, then I got a phone call then reactivated my account.

I had to prove my address and that was with my car licence.

Spoke to afflicate on phone.
