I tried CB with Facebook Ads. All in all I can say: my account wasn't blocked but my ads didn't convert well. So I stopped it.
If I were you do this: Create a LP, get the E-Mail Address, send them to the CB offer. It's simple like that. A LP with email is build in less than 20 minutes. If you need help or want to share information, send me your skype!

I guess you have 2 choices, landing page to build a list and then promote the product or use a cloacker to hide your affiliate link if you target direct linking
