Guys, can i direct my user directly to a specific page of the clickbank offer ( not front page ) and still get my affiliate ID placed on it ? anyway?

You can go directly to the order form if you have vendors permission and know the product item number. From what I understand the cookie is not as good as sending the lead to the original hoplink but it's doable.
You would have to do some blackhat methods to get a good cookie but we cannot discuss that method here further. It's against the rules.

Just search big G for "clickbank direct link to order form" and read from there.

i do know how to direct to the payment page, but i only wish to direct to other pages of the vendor such as the contact page, the privacy page and etc.

No worries, that was me trying to insinuate something (my weak point). You could just reach out to the vendor and ask them, they might be open to providing you with a solution.
