Clickbank + CPA Offer = Possible?

Would it be possible to take a cpa offer from an affiliate network and create a clickbank product out of it, and make a profit? :p

What kind of product do you have in mind?

Since CPA products/offers keep changing, they come and go, it's gonna be a problem.
