Clickbank close registration?

I can't register on clickbank. I can't pass the second stage when you're asked to provide bank details etc.

The main issue is, the agreement box is not clickable. Please advice

Hi Dake, i think you need to click the blue link to their terms of service etc first, then you`ll be able to check the box.

Yes they are closed new registration from many countries. Where are you from?

People are doing too much spamming that's why they are closed new registration from many countries.

I dont have the intention of spamming. I have large Instagram followers to promote to

Ask them directly

If you are a customer, you can contact ClickBank's Customer Support team at 1-800-390-6035 from the US or 1-208-345-4245 from other countries..
If you are a vendor or affiliate, you can contact ClickBank's Client Service team at 1-877-367-4686 from the US or 1-208-472-9411 from other countries.

or

submit a ticket in the following link by copying it and pasting in browser

I would just ask them directly using the information provided above. It could be just an issue with their website. I wouldn't lose sleep over it just yet.

You don't have to be a member to contact their support.
Just submit a ticket. Their support is in the best position to tell you what the issue is.
