Clickbank cloaking question

Hello guys,

as we know Clickbank doesn't love masking your hop link and you can lose a significant amount of sales in the process.

But what if you use some cloak script? I see there is many free wordpress plugins and php scripts that will cloak you hop/affiliate link, so that will look exactly as you wish.

But my question here is, will it work? Will I loose 'customers' in the process from my site --> affiliate offer? do cookies work properly when affiliate link is cloaked? Will all hops will be show in Clickbank analytic?

I hope some of you have experience in this area!

i use redirection plugin to give make links like mysite.com/go/productname. Not had any issues with my id not been carried over to the cb order page
