Anyone use yahoo answer to drive traffic to the clickbank offer site and will it make money?

Of course it can make money, but people don't go to Yahoo Answers looking to spend money. To get sales you'll want to try to solve a problem they are having, from a place where they are looking to spend to solve. Twitter is much easier to do this from than YA.

I've made some sales from clickbank rss feeds I autopost on twitter via twitterfeed. I generate the rss feeds myself via a php script. Here's a simple Squidoo lens I made for it: http://www.squidoo.com/clickbank-rss-feed

I was using *********** to do this when it first came out. I was sending the traffic straight to the merchants page and it was working quite well until ************ started to play up.

It works, but note that your clicks will come over time. One day I tried answering 20 questions by recommending a certain product and 2 weeks later I got a $27 commission so I know this can work.

Look like if using yahoo answer correctly, it will make some commission from clickbank. Thanks guys for the help. Any video toturial or ebook guide to recommend for yahoo answer and clickbank?

It's difficult.
I am doing this way.. but Yahoo Answers get smarter and smarter every time.
I remember I could create numerous accounts and spam to get commissions... but unfortunately, Y!A is already full of spammers so it's kinda full of competition.
Now whenver I create a few accounts, it gets deleted within an hour or so. Real difficult now... I recommend using other methods.
