I am listing my product in clickbank as I have some success in the past.

May I know what are the default banner sizes for affiliates?

I have search the clickbank maketplace and they have different standards of measuring.

If I need animated banners, who do I look for?

most popular sizes are 468x60, 720x90, 160x600, 250x250
