Clickbank takes care of all taxes. The affiliate doesn't have to pay squat.

So, for the past 4years clickbank has been paying you; and all of a sudden, they requested verification...
I guarantee you they (clickbank) did not just request ID verification for no good reason. Some other affiliate must have complained about you...either way, some 'cause' triggered their ID-verification.

If i were you, I'd give up on clickbank.
You should consider promoting my products. I won't ban you, if you don't cheat. If you try to cheat, you'll be banned in a jiffy!

First try to contact clickbank support of course; and get your account re-instated.
If it doesn't work, then consider alternative affiliate platforms such as mine.
