Clickbank and ppc landing page question.

Hey, I am currently using bing ads to promote clickbank products, I've had some success, but now it all stalled.

I decided to create a landing page for my products. my question here is should I just collect emails and let them go and e-mail them later OR should I present the product and summarize it and kind of switch my visitors into a "buyer mode" and then redirect them to the product page via button or something?

create a Landing page using optin option, collect the email and send the visitors to offer page as well.
