JVZoo has been getting good reviews lately, but it uses paypal...

Why would you want to go for second best? Click Bank is the largest and oldest affiliate network and they have established fantastic reputation; buyers feel safe, affiliates feel protected and vendors feel well served as all the work is handled automatically.
