The start of 2015 was the worst few months of my life. Already seeking a purpose in life, not knowing where to go in terms of a career after I graduate from university, then being cheated on and left by my first ever GF of 2 years...i hit an all time low in life. Generally a happy dude but these last 5 months have been filled with horrible thoughts. Fortunately, I am doing better than ever in the gym, i play volleyball at a high performance level, and everything else in life seems to be going well but the thoughts of what happened still haunt me.
I've dabbled in a few methods but lacked consistency. I know the above is somewhat irrelevant but it gives me more motivation than ever to succeed because I really have no other option in my opinion. I could go to college after my degree for something somewhat unrelated but I would rather be free and make my own schedule and be my own boss. Something I realized is that nobody in this world can help you except for YOU. You are in charge of your own destiny and it is your own fault if you do not succeed.
I am going to be using MEATHEAD's "seo jacking" method that can be found on here (don't be lazy). Essentially you are becoming a clickbank affiliate and creating a review site in order to convince people to buy the products you are reviewing.
Many people have had success with it and I actually have early on already.
My plan as of now is to:
- Build an authority review site with 5 or 6 categories of products in a certain niche
- Have informative blog posts to add to those categories in order to add more pages
- Do some SEO and possibly purchase some SEO services (not for a while) in order to generate organic traffic
My future plans include becoming a clickbank vendor myself and having my own product with my own site. I have a vision for this but this will be on a seperate journey years down the road.
This journey thread will be slow because of my schedule. I work part time, travel many hours a day, train for volleyball, and go to the gym. I am left with about 1-2 hours a day to work.
I will update this whenever I feel like it or make some significant progress, so most likely about once a week.
It took me a while to set up my wordpress site and a while to write my first review. I hope i get faster at it. I currently have one review of one product.
After 2 days of commenting on blogs and such, only doing about 30 each day, i already got my first sale and made 17$. (technically its two payments of 17$ so i will make 36$ down the road)
I had a BIG grin on my face because i did so little work commenting and saw that.
STATS:
5 days in
visitors = 300~
Hops = 14
Sales = 1
$$ made = 17$
I haven't explained much about the method because there is so much that is covered in the original thread and actually ALL you need to know is in there.
I set a goal of 3000/month because that will allow me to move to the big city and pursue my dreams in volleyball and the national team. I need to move out of my parents house because it is too far. 3000/month is 100$ a day. The days where I commented for about an hour i saw about 100 visitors that day. From other peoples posts on the original thread, many people are seeing 1 sale per 200~ visitors. I believe eventually i can get this site to make 200-500$ a day. It will take years of work but I think it is possible now. I just need to stop being a lazy fuck and get to work.
Currently, I struggle to find a lot of good places to post so I am going to change my website a tiny bit and add 3 more products so i can comment more.
My goal by september is to be making 500/month and I will work on this while studying at school.
