Clickable elements too close together?

I've been getting both of these messages "Page isn't usable on mobile" and "Clickable elements too close together" on all my new blog posts (and some past ones) and I honestly can't tell what's the problem (some are even just text).

Do you have a proper adaptive mobile version? I believe G tests it with a Moto G4 emulation, so it's a small screen.

Hi Snowbabe You can do this by rerunning Google's mobile usability test. To do this, go back to the Mobile Usability report and look for the "Clickable elements too close together" error. Then select the Verify Patch option. Thanks you

I believe I do... On my end it looks okay.

I can't see the Verify Patch Option.

Google it, that’s how I solved this problem when I had it. You just need to ask them to test it again most of the times.

This issue is often triggered by the elements inside the top navigation menu inside the mobile version of your site. So, to address this, just make sure to add more padding and you should be fine.

I bought a theme a while back and I can't really change the menu... I'm not very technical so I'm afraid I might mess the site up.

Bumping this up because I literally have no idea what the issue is... I know it's not the menu, because other pages seem fine.

How big are your clickable elements? This same message can also show up when your elements are too small, not just that they are too close together (weird I know). Normally touch target size is around 48 pixels for mobile.
