Is anybody familiar with.Click Jacker. Also if you are familiar with the software, is it legal to use on the blog. Thank you

If I understood the software correctly, Click Jacker works by displaying your pop-ups over websites in an iFrame. As far as I'm concerned, there's nothing illegal about it since your pop-ups are not displayed on hacked websites, although I cannot tell you how effective the software is since I've never personally used it.
i am personally using absolute jacker but they have the same work as i think , first install the plugin on any domain that you don't want to rank with on google in the futur , find a good website and put your popups on ,then drive traffic to your link. good luck

So a website would have no problem with you having there webite hijacked? Where the content showed up on your domain?

Well, jacking is jacking for whatever good or nongood purpose you use it. Your own personal level of conscience comes to play,whether you want to do it or not.
I suppose for quick bucks it is sort of fastest way ( without screwing others websites in other way , like link spam or some other crazy ways ) ... Have never used that myself, so can't vouch for it. But have had thoughts of giving a try if i get my hands on it
