hi everyone, I'm thinking of starting a new shorts-only channel. I have 60+ hours of drone footage of nature (mostly mountains, hills, water falls, villages, jungles, etc.) in 4K. I can just color grade them and post 15-20 sec. videos with original audio or music, but even if I cut and change scenery in every three seconds, I might be wrong, but I feel like the channel won't work in the long run. I want your suggestions and ideas on how I can utilize this footage and make my videos better so that people won't get bored.

In my opinion longer videos with some nice background music are more appealing when it comes to drone shots.

Don't just showcase random locations. Choose a theme or narrative for your shorts, like "exploring hidden wonders, the serenity of nature, or "a day in the life of..." This will give your videos direction and purpose.
