Click bot surfing automation help (macro scripting?)

Can this be done????

Need a quote to build auto surf/auto click program or method (internet macro programming?) for a disabled friend that will help him automate surfing/clicking using his company's Firefox toolbar while staying within the guidelines shown here:

Needs to pick random keywords from a set list or lists of related words (for example a list of shoe words.)

Needs to stay on an advertisers site a random ammount of time, and if possible, click at least 1 or 2 links on the advertisers' site and stay on that page for a random ammount of time 3-10 minutes.

Needs to change IP addresses randomly. (He can install Tor or Hide My IP if needed.)

Needs to clear cache and cookies every 2-6 searches.

Needs to wait a random amount of time in between searches (5 minutes to 180 minutes.)

Sorry for the weird specs and randomization needs, but my friend cannot see a way to move forward with this company unless some for of limited automation is used. Seemed like a perfect job for a skilled programmer at BHW.

LOL. It was a real request, but I too smelled something wafting my way from OURGV.com when I looked at it. But I just had to ask, cuz my friend in Montana is ready to give up on Our GV unless he finds some kind of automation to help with this toolbar+pay-to-surf+pay-to-click MLM type outfit. Figured I throw it out there for BH programmers, but didn't have much hope that it could be done (at least not affordably.)

He is using Tor to switch his IP manuallly every few searches, and he is manually dumping his cookies and cache every few searches, but he only makes like .05 per click - and, if he clicks more than once for every 6 searches he gets "banned" by Y*hoo because of a frequency cap on the clicks. So, without automation, it seems he has little chance of earning more than $3 per hour. He might as well get a job at #?$! Walmart or something where he could earn more than that.

Since he wants to get off of disability, I'll just tell him to forget about OurGV and join BHW or a WH Affiliate portal to get even better ideas for earning revenue on the web for himself.
