CB sure is having bugs.. and even Iam having some issues in their reporting

I haven't had any issues with sales. However, I noticed that they are taking forever and a day to report statistics. For instance, I did a test sale and it took a good 20 minutes to show in my account. However, it was instantly reported in my affiliate account.
And from what I've heard, your product won't update into the marketplace until you get some sales after activating it. So just buy it through your own link
I've got 19 clicks listed on my bit.ly link i was just using, 19 unique clicks that is (this was about 3 hours ago) still not updated on clickbank so fuck knows whats going on, my hops aren't even updating. I've probably made loads of sales today and clickbank is just like "meh, whatever, we'll keep the money"

LOL! Yeah, Clickbank will never be able to get away with that.. Their analytics are a few hours behind, probably because of all the 100,000's of affiliates driving traffic to offers.
Sales on the other hand, have always been posted to my affiliate and vendor account almost instantly (within 20 minutes on a slow day).
If you have 19 unique clicks and no sales, thats because no one likes your offer.. When you send junk traffic, they usually bounce within seconds.
Plus you have got to account for all the spiders and google bots that follow those links as well.

Thanks, i'm not new to IM. I didn't say about the sales. I have 19 clicks and it's not even listing hops, forget sales totally, it doesn't even show hops from nearly 4 hours ago which definitely happened.

That's common, though, with Clickbank. As a mailer, I often see more sales than hops when I first send out. I've seen CB more than 15 hours behind updating hops before, while having transaction stats almost real-time.
If you don't show sales, it's because you don't have any. Clickbank updates transaction data VERY promptly, while hop data is a lot slower.
