Click Bank Re-bill Venus Factor Abnormality?

From December 1st to the end of December I made some consistent sales of the Venus Factor weight loss product. It's a rebill so I was expecting come January first to start seeing some rebill payments in my CB account.

6 days into January and no rebills have show up. Anyone have experience with CB rebills and the way they work that can shed some light?

Venus Factor are shifty in my opinion. Promote other products in the weight loss niche.

Could you elaborate further? With Kyle Leon being a Clickbank giant, he has several high-performing weight loss products in the marketplace, so I'm curious to know why you feel the Venus Factor in particular is shifty?
 
Refunds are too high imo for the VF.

ATM, my refund rate is over 20% for it - compared to less than 3% for other products in the weight loss niche.
 
refunds are high in CB, thats why I like amazon, but commissions are low in Amazon. And about your question, I've no idea since I don't promote that.
 
Did you check the refund? Or may be the users cancelled the subscriptions? That particular product is too good to believe IMO..
 
They cancelled their subscription, that is why you did not see the re-bill. they get to try it free for 30 days and most people download the product, then refund. they get their money back plus the product.

Clickbank really needs to lower their refund period from 60 days to 30 days, and also not just give refunds to give refunds.

The problem with "digital downloads" is just that. You can download it or print it and now you have the product even when you get your refund back.
 
From 12/1 to 12/7 I made over $500 in sales with only a few refunds. No way they all canceled their rebill. Anyone successfully ever get a rebill payment from Venus Factor?
 
Does CB penalize for a high refund rate? I would love to start promoting this, but am hesitant that the ban hammer will come crashing down if the refunds are too high.

My refund rate has been around 20% and I haven't had a problem yet. From what I read the average is around 20 so if you stay close to that you should be good.
 
I've sold probably 300 clickbank products and have only gotten a few refunds. The VF from what I can tell is WAY better than the other stuff I promote in terms of value; yet I keep seeing people say it has high refunds.

I dont get it.
 
yeah ive only had negative experiences promoting venus factor well in all honestly everything has been negative with clickbank lol

It's possible because it's a weight loss product and land whales expect fast results. Fast result weightless is impossible (unless you do liposuction) so when they realize they still have to work at it and put in effort and time to lose weight they probably decide, screw it, let me get a refund and go buy some donuts with that refunded money.
 
I don't know for the venus factor what the reason is but you can check out the exact date the rebills will be paid to you on clickbank in the reporting tab, doing this might clear up why it has not been paid yet.

Just go reporting>subscribtions>details(left column)

change report to all subscribtions above the graph and there it gives the next payment date as well which subscribtions have been completed or cancelled.

It might be that your product only starts paying recurring commission after a two month period or indeed they could all have been cancelled. I have one product upsell that charges the second paymant half only after the 60 days refund period has passed which might also be a reason this happens.

Also I don't know about their refund rates but I have a refund rate of about 2-3%
 
Apparently according to an affiliate manager at VF that I emailed, they only pay out rebills for a 7 day free trial version of VF, and after the 7th day. I didn't see this version in clickbank and it's confusing when the original VF says it does recurring payments. So apparently there is no rebill. I'm still pretty confused as the dumb broad that emailed me back was rude and confusing.
