what traffic would be the best?
can i use just host name with direct url to my product?

For promoting Clickbank products, Bing ads is the most recommended ad network.

It depends on the ad network. On Bing ads, you can direct link to the vendors landing page, but on networks such as AdWords, you can't.

if you're promoting MMO products, then Buying "Soloads" from sites like Udimi can surely be a good & fast choice.
