Yes, and the longer your account is idle in sales, they will continue to deduct money.

Law of Contracts... "You agreed to it, so eff you" is the reasoning behind these things. For instance If I wrote a service agreement saying you would pay for my food and vehicle during a project, and you signed it, You then would be bound by "law" to follow the agreement (I'm hungry where's the food????)
What they mean by compliance* is that they are not breaking any existing laws with that section of the agreement.

Get more sales before you lose even more money! If you are desperate about not wanting to lose anymore money, go purchase something with your card or something that's worth a dollar or two in Clickbank.

There is tons of stuff in the marketplace. Find a niche, check out the competition, and start marketing in different ways.
Clickbank has the advantage, that you can request weekly payments by check or wire-transfer. Send out on 13th, it arrives on 15th in my bank account in Germany, and they pay on-time.

Once you get past the requirements, the rest of the way becomes easy!
The wire-transfer is super convenient. You must receive three checks before you can choose the wire-transfer option, but it is totally worth it, especially with the weekly payouts!
