Hey everyone!

Can anyone tell me how this girl does that annotation?

For one thing, when you hover over it, no box appears. And secondly, even when I click the cross off box, it still directs me to the link she had put on the annotation.

If anyone can tell me how this is done, I will love them for ever!

(just realised you're not allowed links on these forums, but I attached half a link haha)

Ok I've just realised it's not happening all the time. It only happens when I load the page, and the cursor that looks like a white glove(the one when you're hovering over a clickable link) comes up instead, even when I'm not hovering over anything. Then when I try and cross it off, it directs me to the link. I don't know why this cursor comes up, even when I'm not hovering over a link. Never had it on any other video. Maybe it's just a weird glitch on my end?

Hmm for some reason i get it too. And actually i don't even know how she made a picture her annotation. Maybe it's something partners can do?

Off Toppic:
Nice video :)

Very interesting! I hope someone can chime in with how she managed this.

Also, she's not a partner, and the picture isn't the actual annotation... She put the picture in when she was making the video, then sticks an annotation over it.

I wish I knew how she has rigged it though. I'm getting hundreds of thousands views every day to various accounts, but I'm trying to direct it all to my main account for my original music. This would be perfect for doing that.

Nothing clever here at all. What are you guys on about?

All shes done is make a watermark with the words "Subscribe" and "click here" along side a picture of her a55. And then put an annotation around it

Whats so special about this? I dont see anything strange? Its just a picture rendered along with the video, then an annotation over it? Am I missing something?

You guys go too much into things. It's just an image rendered in her editing software then an annotation placed around it on youtube, nothing more, nothing less.

I realise that the picture is rendered in beforehand, I mentioned that in a post above. And yeah, sometimes when I load the page the annotation over it is just normal and you can cross it off. But around 80% of the time I'm loading it, the other "about to click on something" cursor comes up and no matter where I click on the annotation it takes me to the link - even when I hit the X in the topr right corner.

Now clearly this isn't happening to everyone, which is interesting... But the first person who replied said it happened to him too, which suggests the glitch is not specific to me... I've tried on two browsers too, I.E and Chrome...

Try refreshing the page when you're on it and see if the other cursor comes up...
