PR pipeline was broken some 14 months back and google did not update it nor plans to update it in the near future. So forget about PR, concentrate on link building and Domain Rank from Moz.

You don't need to care about PR unless you are trying to sell links. I don't care about PR at all, I just care about rankings and conversions.

If you want to good pr then need belove some critieri

do the high quality link building

good traffic from google

Wow get me a time machine! Such an old Thread! PR don't matter its DA however only Google knows the real DA.

DA is something you must guess on your own. You find out things like this when you buy some real PR 6 PR 8 backlinks.

Authority and trust are the top factors which is just a mathematical guess by pretty much everyone. Google designed their formula others just use information and guess. Page rank used to do wonders but that has changed.
