Clearing up HostGator 80% off sales misconceptions

Ok, first and foremost, THERE IS NO COUPON FOR THIS OFFER!! It just is. Meaning, go to HostGator WHILE the sale is going on, and get what you need. I am an affiliate, and I emailed them regarding the coupon codes we are able to generate, and they said:

Hello,

Affiliate coupons will not work with our Black Friday promotion, you would need to use your affiliate URL to promote us.

The second thing is, people seem to assume that all day Friday the sale will be going on. This is not exactly true:

Please be advised that this Black Friday promotion starts at 12:00 AM Friday November 26th CST (-6 GMT) and will run until 11:59PM CST (-6 GMT) 11/26/2010.

The $36 one can only host 1 domain.
The next one up will be $57.24 with unlimited domains.

If you want three years hosting you will have to pay for it all at once.

The coupon works for the first payment so making it 3 years gives you more discount.

I`m ready to buy 1 Year reseller hosting when 80% is comming up (~1 hour from now) from our affiliate link.

how can you still get it?
could you please explain

currently you will only get 50% off on everything for the first payment period
shared hosting and reseller hosting accounts can be bought for one or more

vps and dedicated server have only 1 month plans

When I posted that, the 80% were gone but 50% was available all day I believe, which is what I was referring to. I did not try to sign up as I already have hosting and do not qualify, so I cant help there, but I will offer $25 all year even if there is no sale to the people who sign up under my link.
