Hahaha, you won't even accept that it is giving false positives and the results you got must be from getting rid of registry errors and other optimizations. Other tools that do it better than Loaris are there. Try out CCleaner. Thanks for your input. It is all very valid and great advice, but:
This thread was not intended for discussing which are good or bad. I was offering a tip that worked for me.
Where did I say I am not accepting anything? I am certain that other tools do it better. I was just sharing my experience.Hahaha, you won't even accept that it is giving false positives and the results you got must be from getting rid of registry errors and other optimizations. It worked to speed up the system, all right, but not why you thought, it did. Normally when you use a legit malware removal tool and it cleans the system for real, speed increase is or can be a by-product. In this case, it's not a by-product, but the only product, the only product of a tool, which is not intended to work as a system optimizer, but as a malware scanner and remover. Thanks for your input. Ok, no problem. It worked to speed up the system, all right, but not why you thought, it did. Normally when you use a legit malware removal tool and it cleans the system for real, speed increase is or can be a by-product. Your primary objective as your thread title and your OP suggests was to use this tool to remove malware (because it's capable of detecting thousands of infected files missed by ESET and Malwarebytes). This in fact is misleading.
I don't question your intentions, that you wanted to do good. But when you suggest to use this malware scanner to remove malwares, and when you look into it, it turns out that it has quite a few bad reviews (some of them about tricking users into purchasing by showing them false positives), probably it's not the wisest thing to insist on recommending it, especially when there are proven tools for both malware removal and system optimization, which aren't dodgy.
I can only repeat myself, i would not recommend to install and run this tool for any purpose at all. As you can see from the posts so far, i'm not alone with this opinion.
That much is true. However, the principle behind it (using another licence on a machine while in flight mode) is still an option.

I was yes. Were you using real time protection in eset? Can’t beat it imo, funnily only time something slipped was when a browser session was open. Slipped through malware bytes too. Hitman.pro caught it though![]()
