Hello I was thinking to start with CleanFiles I am not actually sure how and with what exactly to make people download the stuff but i will figure it out. I just want to ask if I give the link to a friend and will he be able to download the file again on the next day and still give me the amount of the download if it's download once each day from one IP

I wouldn't recommend you doing that every day as the advertisers will see that the leads are coming from the same IP + they won't convert.

I think you will get caught and banned if your friends regularly download your files
