dont worry. u can register 000webhost (sorry i can not upload url) and then upload verifycation to root.
run sub domain from 000webhost and join it.
Ummm My free webhost wont upload the file, can someone do this for me out of the kindness in their heart? :s

I never put website to get approved. All you have to do is just prove them you are better then 99% of people lol and they will accept you!

Simple, write a solid application describing why you want to use their
services, what files you'll be uploading, and how and from where you're
planning to have people downloading those files. I would suggest using
the IM lingo and sounding like you know what you're talking about.
I think there's a promo code for BHW members in the CF thread, use
that too. BHW2013.
It's not difficult to get accepted.

^ This. Just write a solid application. Brag about how good you are with IM and how you promote your files with social media e.t.c. If you still not sure with what to write then I can help you with that.
