Looks like the domain has expired, if you can see the website you are probably viewing a cached version.
Not sure what else could be wrong with the site so i presume it is just an expiration, which is quite poor for such a website.

It has nothing to do with the cache. See the post above yours. Seems like the domain is about to expire.

It wouldn't just go down and become available for sale immediately first it goes through a sort of grace period - usually the registrar registers it for another year to allow the customer a chance to keep their domain even if it goes past the first expiration date. Then they can also sell it - GoDaddy is especially notorious about this but im pretty sure Name Cheap does the same.
It is not until a few weeks/months after the domains expiration date that it will become available to purchase from the registrar. So in short it is the same owner of the domain.

After this incident, I would never deal or contact cleanfiles, this shows how professional they are, not reading their emails or even caring about the network.
