Cleanfiles.. HELP NEEDED. Please.

So, I use Weebly. And quite frankly I find it impossible to complete the random-as-fuck verification process of Cleanfiles. (it's inserting the cleanfilesverification.txt into the website, but I can't for the life of me figure out how for Weebly, and googling doesn't help.)

So if anyone could either..

Give me an account, I would be forever in your debt..

or

Help me out with this retarded verification process because Cleanfiles hasn't responded to my e-mail in over 9 days.

Get a free webhosting, not weebly but something like byethost. Get a free domain or use the one which comes along with the free host. Then, upload the file right away and it should be all good.

P.S. Owner of cleanfiles is a BHW member so bad mouthing them publicly might not be the best idea as they might ban you permanently for doing that.

I had no intention of badmouthing them, I was however, calling the verification process retarded because I'm just confused. I look forward to using the network and I am very excited to work with them.
