Yes, that's cleanfiles ip. I pinged them from my US vps and it's up:

Looks like they are having nameservers issues. The IP is a good way to access them until they are up again.

I am Kyle, the owner, and I am so sorry for this. I put auto-renew on it for it last week but apparently you need to do it 30 days before it expires for it to work.
Anyways, it was just a warning zone and the domain was not released to the global market. The DNS is now re-propagating so it should be good for everyone in a few hours. Very very sorry about this.
You can use 173.247.246.58 in your browser or hosts file to access the website if you are having trouble.
