Cleanfiles dosen't work

Im on ShareCash now but Im thinking to go to Cleanfiles (is it good idea?)
Anyway I cant verify a site (free hosting 000webhost)
Im about to use it on youtube but idk why when i go to www.asdasdaehesd.com/CleanfilesVerification.txt its blank page and I cant verify.
Any suggestions? how to solve it or better ppd network

Make sure its in root folder or something.

its located in public_html

I used to account for, 000webhost... half of the sites did not work
