Cleanfiles account banned

So, I login to cleanfiles after not visiting it for around 5 months and I notice I have around $350 available balance.
So I submit a ticket to request my payment. Next thing I know is that I can't login anymore "Account Banned or removed"
I have not broken any rules. I have been using cleanfiles for around 3 years and I got paid a lot of times.

I tried to contact the support team and I got no answer.
Is there anything I can do?

Same happened to me back in 2010 with cpalead... had my account resting for several months and when I wanted to get paid, they simply closed the account and never responded to support-requests. Maybe the old owner of cpaleads is the new of cleanfiles? ;)

OP, the owner of Cleanfiles is a member here. He hasn't signed in since last year, but if you wait 72 hours and don't get a response from CF support, you can try the following:

- Contact the owner through a PM (Here's his profile: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/149940-hellohellosharp.html ) Assuming he is in fact still the owner. You can also find his info if you Google him. Just contact him directly. I found the founder on LinkedIn. I'm not sure if it's the same person, because he might have sold off the business or something (who knows these things) but maybe he can put you in touch with who to talk to.
- Open a Shitlist (I'd ask the mods first, just as confirmation)
- Whine on here and then go about your business

Also, you are not the only person to complain about this. There's a lot of threads on BHW about this exact same situation. Dunno what to tell you, but I've been about as helpful as I'm going to be for the rest of the day.

Man that sucks, only suggestion I have is to keep pestering them about it.

Nope, I have been using the exact same niches/websites for over 3 years (Cashing out every month) and now im suddenly banned.

Haha probably, sadly this used to not be a problem, but now is seems that it is a common issue with CPA/PPD networks :(

Thanks a lot for taking the time to help me out! I will try to contact him via PM. If I don't get any results I will probably open a shitlist thread.

Avoid CleanFiles and go with reputable networks. Save your nerves :)
 
CF was a fucking network that ate all other networks for breakfast. In the last year or so, they have gone to shit. members losing accounts, losing money, not converting... You might as well say bye-bye to that money because you won't see it from them.
 
Oh cleanfiles is the shittiest network i have ever seen with the shittiest support ever. they eat your money then they tell you to open a help ticket LOL. they weren't gonna pay you anyway.
 
No reputed network would ever do that .

Try to contact them and see what is going on , they at least owe you an explanation .
 
hello OP. did you solve your problem? my account got removed also but no money on it because i stopped sending traffic for a month on there network and want to test it again, support is not answering
 
they just dont know you are an scammer or not , so they ban all the new member first time ....

that is why you see so much guys get ban there
