I got refused applying for your website , reason was spam or something . Maybe cause not enough traffic but i just started a blog and soon a youtube channel , What are minimum requirements to be accepted right now?

My application was denied the first time, but I've reapplied now!
 
I tried registering last night when I was way too tired, and apparently came off vague.

Same here. Reason:
"Your account application was disregarded because the fields on your application were regarded as misleading, illegible, or spammy/malicious."

I disagree and I've asked about it, but they haven't answered.
