Clean way of gaining views/subscribers/comments/etc

More videos is all can tell you if you want to keep it "clean." Other than that you would be getting into video spam, bots for fake views, etc.

is there an unfollower website for google+ or other way to follow those people to get them to follow you back can you please elaborate.

Well, I'm just searching my theme circles in Google+ and add them manually in my subscriptions.

And you just defined unwanted spam. Its better then to just buy the YouTube views from Adwords campaign rather than to target ppl "cold messages" who have shown no interest in your videos already. The success yield on this is quite low if you cold message, but if you target ppl who have shown interest (scrape other twitter accounts of youtubers and then advertise to their them based on the content they like).
