Clean tube site - CPM program recommendations

ive created a clean tube site (taking recipe videos off yourtube.)

adsense wont accept due to the scraped nature of the content.
i would normally use exoclick, tubecorprate or juicy ads for my adult tube sites and i know that they say they do clean ads but most of their 'clean ads' are still saucy games or naughty dating which wouldnt be appropriate.

ive looked at a few other options but they all want thousands of daily traffic to accet.
can anyone recommend a good clean cpm network i can get to 300x250 banners from to monetize my site?

A-Ads has really shit payouts tho and only in Bitcoin

This one good for me and you can remove adults ads

I received malware ads with adsterra banners, I dont think it a good idea.
