As the title suggest do we need an exclusive residential proxy for google account or shared ones work?

Also can someone suggest sites that provide cheap residential proxies.

What is best then? Fresh/exclusive datacenter? Because static residential are like impossible to come by besides luminati, and they don't work with google.
