Do you know of any proxy services that aren't on the Red Flag list? I mainly need them for surveys.

most of them allow a test to see if it works for you. for surveys specifically, residential rotating proxies work better than datacenter ones since they look like real home connections. the key metric to ask any provider is how their IPs are sourced, whether peer-to-peer or actual ISP agreements matters a lot for survey platform detection.

Hard to name any that aren’t flagged tbh, especially for surveys, most platforms are pretty strict now. You can check the WTB section, people share working providers there, and yeah some offer free trials so you can test before committing.

It's also often assumed mobiles will be logged into an account. E.g. there's a financial site I get data from that always asks about logging in with google. If you don't, it'll start blocking. So it's not just mobile proxies, but also the device being simulated.

For best results, avoid rotating on every request. Instead, use a session-based rotation, keeping the same IP for around 10–30 minutes before switching. This better mimics normal user behavior and helps maintain consistency.

Most issues come from IP reputation, not the provider name. For surveys, residential proxies with clean and less reused IPs usually work better. Avoid very cheap or heavily shared pools, they tend to get flagged quickly. Best approach is to test a few options. You can check Mango Proxy as one of them and try a small setup first.

I wouldn’t recommend static mobile proxies in this case. They’re hard to source at scale, and even when you get them, they usually don’t last long. After a few survey submissions, those IPs can get flagged or limited, which defeats the purpose.
With rotating mobile setups, you get a fresh IP periodically, which helps reduce the risk of bans. It’s better to use a longer rotation interval (minimum 30 minutes per session) rather than switching too aggressively, so it mimics real user behavior.
