CleanFiles is much better to be honest. They are older, more legit and always paying on time. But FileIce could be a good PPD network either. Just work on both and see the changes after a month/

I agree with Beven. What really matter is traffic, once you start getting the
traffic then you can easily shift your traffic to other networks.
Sending 100 clicks and saying network is not good is just a lame excuse.
I've not used Cleanfiles much but I can say Fileice is good network, they always
pay on time. No excuses and good support from their staff.

Both networks are good. I'm using Cleanfiles and never had any problem. I was accepted in FileIce a few days ago, so I still have to test it but according to most people here Fileice is a good network. If you're still confused, you can use both networks. It'll give you an idea which converts better for you and your niche and also you won't be depending on a single network. If one network bans you due to some reason, you'd still have earnings in the other network. As people say here "Never put all your eggs in the same basket." 
Please don't talk when you clearly are clueless on the subject.
Fileice has been in business for almost 3 years while cleanfiles has only been i nbusiness for a little over a year.
And wtf are you talking about cleanfiles being "more legit"?
Exactly HOW are cleanfiles more legit?
I'm sick of these dumb kids making naive statements that ultimately affects the revenues of businesses.

I don't think there is a big difference regarding EPC. In the end it all comes down to your traffic and also keep in mind that there is a huge variance involved so you would need a big sample size to accurately tell which sites performs better for your traffic.
